In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, 1bdt99 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice. In less serious cases, 1bdt99 will endeavour to notify the account holder prior to taking action and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. However, 1bdt99 is not obligated to provide advance notice in any circumstance where doing so could compromise an ongoing investigation or the security of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 1bdt99 reserves the right to:

• Retain any remaining account balance as compensation for losses suffered by 1bdt99 or other players as a result of the breach.
• Void any open bets, pending withdrawals, or active bonus balances associated with the account.
• Share information about the account and the relevant breach with other gaming operators, fraud prevention agencies, and law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.

1bdt99 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 1bdt99 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss of data, account information, or transaction records resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond 1bdt99's reasonable control.
